Detector de Flama óptico de alta velocidad SPECTREX SharpEye 40/40UFL UV-IR para incendios de combustible y gasa base de hidrocarburos. Respuesta de alta velocidad (20 ms), alta fiabilidad y con inmunidad a falsas alarmas. Diseño basado en especificacionesmilitares. 2 relés (alarma y falla), salida analógica de 0-20mA para detección rápida. Compatible con RS-485 Modbus. Característica Built-In-Test (BIT) automática y manual incluida. Aprobado para Ex Zona 1, ATEX, IECEx, FM, CSA Clase I Div. 1 y SIL2 (TUV) bajo la norma IEC 61508. 5 años de garantía.

The new SharpEye UV-IR High-Speed Optical Flame detector 40/40UFL is designed to meet two major requirements:

  • High-Speed Response (20 msec)
  • High Reliability (immunity to false alarm)

This detector is based on our well known military detector used in Armored Vehicle Explosion Suppression System combined with the industrial UV-IR detectors 20/20LB and 40/40LB.

The UV/IR flame detector senses radiant energy in the short wave section of both the ultraviolet and infrared portions of the electromagnetic spectrum. The signals from both sensors are analyzed for frequency, intensity and duration. Simultaneous detection of radiant energy inn both the UV and IR sensors triggers an alarm signal.

The UV sensor incorporates a special logic circuit that helps prevent false alarms caused by solar radiation.
